Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer exchanges or credit note up to 5 days from the receipt of product (excluding final sale items).

Products must be in new condition with original packaging, packing slip and original tags attached.

Local exchanges can be made by bringing the product to our store. Exchange of applicable items purchased on-line outside of our area can be completed by shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for freight fees returning the product(s) to Vignettes.

Damaged or Defective Product

We work with our partners to make sure your merchandise arrives safely. However, damages from shipping and handling may sometimes occur. To help us protect you and your merchandise and enable us to make a claim on your behalf if items are lost or arrive damaged due to transport, it is important that you inspect all merchandise carefully upon delivery before signing the "Proof of Delivery" receipt.

Important:

If you cannot inspect your merchandise upon delivery for any reason (e.g., you cannot fully unwrap the merchandise or do not immediately see any damages to merchandise or packaging) or even it appears slightly damaged, please declare the merchandise as damaged on the Proof of Delivery, before you sign.

Signing a Proof of Delivery receipt without indicating any damages will free the transporter of all responsibility regarding loss or damage to your goods and prevents us from filing damage claims on your behalf.

If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.

If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. The process is easy: you send us pictures and a description of the damages, we send you replacements.
